CHILD’S SAFTEY
Drop off & PICK UP
Please note that Enable Art will not be responsible for any child dropped off outside the studio and not supervised. If the client would like to insure that their child is safe, the client must make sure to walk their child into the studio and drop them off while Chloe Congleton, or her hired staff is present. Enable Art takes no responsibility for children that are dropped off early or walking to the studio by themselves. If a client is wanting their child to walk home after class they will need to arrange that with the teacher before hand through email or verbal consent.
When picking up your child you will need to come into the studio and check them out. They are not allowed to walk to the car unaccompanied due to the fact the studio is on a busy road and a lot of people walk by. Enable Art is not responsible for any child after they have left the studio or before they enter the space.
Restroom Usage - Young Students
If a child needs to use the restroom they will be using the bathroom by themselves at the studio. Their will be no one helping them or accompanying them to the bathroom unless they ask for help.
Some young children will need additional help with wiping after they use the restroom. If that is the case please let Chloe know in advance and give us permission to help your child. If we are unaware they are needing help, and the child yells for help from the bathroom, Chloe will help the child clean up and inform the parents at the end of class so they are aware of what has happened.
Unsupervised Classroom
The classroom will never be left unsupervised for long periods of time. The only time the teacher wouldn’t be in the classroom is she needed to use the sink in the back room. Even then there are cameras in the back room where Chloe can see her class. There is also assistance that help so someone will always be present.
LOCKING THE STUDIO DOORS
Chloe will be locking the studio doors during classes so we keep unwanted visitors out. No child or adult should open the door for anyone unless Chloe approves it.
